Privacy Policy — Ryan Last updated: June 5, 2026

1. Overview Ryan is an AI-powered calling assistant that makes outbound phone calls on your behalf. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information You Provide When you use Ryan, you voluntarily enter:

  • Your full name, phone number, and address

  • Account numbers and details for companies you want Ryan to call

  • The purpose of each call

This information is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit your profile data to any server except when it is needed to conduct a call you have explicitly initiated.

3. Microphone Access Ryan requires microphone access solely to enable live phone calls. Audio is processed through our AI voice provider (VAPI) and is not stored by us beyond what is needed to complete the call.

4. Call Data When you initiate a call, relevant details (your name, call purpose, and account context) are sent securely to our calling infrastructure to enable the AI agent to speak on your behalf. Call records (duration, status, summary) are stored locally on your device.

5. Third-Party Services Ryan uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • VAPI — AI voice calling infrastructure (vapi.ai)

  • Google Cloud Functions — secure backend proxy

  • Twilio — phone number infrastructure

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.
